The conversions on your account. This is the read-back of what you record through [the events endpoint](/docs/api-reference/tracking/createtrackingevent). Filter by a `from`/`to` time range, `metricIds` or `type`, and page with `limit` and `skip`.
Your total spend GET
What you have committed across all your campaigns, in a single call rather than a loop over each one. If any campaign has no price recorded, the response says how many — so a partial total is never presented to you as a complete one.
