Every status this campaign has moved through, in order, each with the time it changed. Useful for showing progress, or for spotting when a campaign went live without polling for it.

Get one campaign GET
A single campaign of yours. An id that does not exist and an id belonging to someone else both return 404, so you cannot tell them apart.
Campaign schedule GET
When the campaign runs: start date, current status, the active date ranges, the planned end date and how many weeks it lasts.
