These are templates available to everyone — your own designs are at GET /client/designs.

Your own flyer and mail-piece designs. Filter by format or status, search by name, and sort. `name` is the file name the design was uploaded under, and that is what `search` matches. Use a design's `id` with [Choose the creative](/docs/api-reference/campaign-builder/selectcampaigndesign).
List targetable cities GET
The cities you can target, with the coordinates and state you need for targeting. `search` matches either the name or "Name, ST", and `state` filters by state code. Page with `first` (up to 1000) and `skip`.
